At HeadshotZen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for credits purchased through our Service.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Automatic Credit Refunds
If a headshot generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit consumed for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account. No action is required on your part.
Full Refund — Unused Credits
- If you have not used any of the credits from your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- To request a refund, email support@headshotzen.com with your account email and the reason for the refund.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
Partial Refund — Partially Used Credits
- If you have used some but not all of your purchased credits, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion within 14 days of purchase.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused credits at the per-credit rate of your plan.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Credits that have already been used for successful generations.
- Free credits provided upon registration.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Dissatisfaction with Results
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your AI-generated headshots, please contact us at support@headshotzen.com. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include complimentary regenerations or a partial refund at our discretion.

- Include your account email address and purchase date.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
